EasyPIT® Lite Chamber Sections For Knostrop Waste Water Plant

Advanced have recently supplied 600 EasyPIT® Lite chamber sections to Knostrop Waste Water Plant, for use in the sludge treatment facility.

They have been supplied to Clugston Construction as part of a £14.9m contract awarded by the Amey Black and Veatch Joint Venture to provide Civil Engineering services at the Yorkshire Water, Knostrop waste water treatment works in East Leeds.

The multimillion pound investment by Yorkshire Water, when complete in October 2017, will treat 30,000 tonnes Dry Solids (TDS) of sludge annually and will process the sludge into a renewable energy source.
