ABC have recently supplied over 80 metres of the market leading EasyRISER® modular manhole ladder to another Thames Water project. The EasyRISER® Grey system was supplied as a direct alternative to traditional galvanised steel ladders saving the contractor not only money but also valuable time spent on site.

Over 23no manhole ladders were to be installed in storm water manholes with the EasyRISER® product available ex-stock for a next day delivery.

ABC are pleased to confirm that the EasyRISER® Modular Manhole Ladder is not only tested in accordance with BSEN14396 but is also CE marked.

With the EasyRISER® system firmly established as the market leader in modular manhole ladders it is clear to see that the quality of the ladders and the strict standards that they are required to meet put the product at the top of its class.

The ladders continue to be supplied through the UK and installed on the following networks: Scottish Water, Northumbrian Water, United Utilities, Anglian Water, Severn Trent Water and Thames Water.

Wessex Water Services have recently installed the ecoNOMY® recycled plastic valve, hydrant and meter chamber sections at various sites in Somerset. ABC were contacted to supply the highly successful EC08 - 430x280x150mm, EC010 - 600450x150mm, EC011 -900x600x75mm and EC012 - 900x600x150mm ecoNOMY® products.

Duct Access Chambers at Belle Vue Stadium

ABC were awarded a contract to supply our EasyPIT® structural duct access chamber to the new £11 million National Speedway Stadium and National Basketball Performance Centre in Manchester. The new 6'000 capacity stadium will become the home to the historic Belle Vue Aces team and features a 1'842 seat grandstand, including 208 VIP seats.

For Phase 1, 900x900mm EasyPIT® chambers were supplied complete with 150mm pre-drilled duct entries in site specific positions. As the project proceeds further EasyPIT® drawpits will be required and supplied.

ABC would like to welcome two new members to the sales team. Jo Driscoll has joined as our Sales Office Administrator and will be responsible for all internal sales enquiries, sales order processing and customer service. Hugh McNicol has joined as our Technical Sales Manager in the North and will cover Scotland, Borders and Northern England visiting clients and providing technical sales support and customer liason.
